Limited Warranty

Business entity: Rallyard is a registered trade name (DBA) of Iron Strength LLC.

At Rallyard we build our equipment to be used and kept, and we stand behind the work. We warrant our equipment against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. Consumable and digital items are not covered by this warranty — they are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee instead (see our Return & Cancellation Policy).

What is covered

For one year from the date of delivery, we cover defects in materials and construction under normal use. If a covered defect appears, we will repair the item, replace it, or refund it at our discretion.

How to make a claim

Contact our customer support team with your order number and a short description of the issue (a photo helps). We will confirm the next step and cover the cost of an approved warranty repair or replacement.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or cleaning, or unauthorized alteration. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
